🤔🧮📈 🏠Lauren asked how many homes we’ve sold since we launched… so we made her count them.

On Friday afternoon, Lauren asked a question in the office:

“How many houses do you think we’ve actually sold since Ryan James Estate Agents launched in June 2020?”

My answer?

“Absolutely no idea.”

Unfortunately for Lauren, asking the question meant she inherited the job of finding the answer.

So, armed with our sales books (yes, we still keep them), an abacus (because apparently Ryan felt a calculator would make things too easy), several cups of coffee and what looked like a growing sense of regret, Lauren got to work.

After hours of counting, recounting, checking she’d not lost her place, starting again, and then counting some more, Lauren finally came back with the figure…

🏡 1,377 completed sales since June 2020.

To be honest, seeing the number written down was quite surreal.

Behind every one of those sales is a family, a fresh start, a life change, a milestone or a new chapter. It’s a privilege we’ve never taken for granted.
