Another step forward at Ballindullagh Barn! The transformation is really starting to come together and you can see how this beautiful old barn is turning into a luxury retreat.

Inside, the kitchen and bathrooms are being fitted. The spaces are starting to feel like real homes rather than a building site and it’s exciting to see the character of the barn coming through.

Outside, the landscaping and patio areas are taking shape — where better to relax and enjoy the surrounding countryside?!

There’s still plenty to do, but we’re getting closer every week and it’s incredible to see the vision becoming reality.

Ballindullagh Barn Update 🏡 —

After months of hard work, Ballindullagh Barn is really beginning to take shape and it's incredibly rewarding to see our vision come to life! There’s truly no better place for it than right here, in the heart of Northern Ireland’s stunning countryside.

The interior is fully insulated and boarded out, and outside we're making great progress on the gardens, patios, and games room.

We’re not quite ready to open the booking calendar just yet — but it won’t be long before we can start looking ahead to welcoming our first guests in 2026.

Another job wrapped up 👌

Plenty of hard work has gone into this bespoke single storey workshop extension in Middleton-in-Teesdale!

Designed to complement the countryside setting, we used sustainable materials and worked with trusted local tradesmen to bring this project to life:

✅ timber frame construction
✅ blue slate roof with rooflights
✅ hardwood windows and doors
✅ external larch cladding
✅ exterior random stone base
✅ screeded internal floor

We couldn’t be happier with the finished result — it’s always great to step back and admire what we’ve achieved. Even better when the customer is just as happy as we are!

New site! 🙌 We're excited to announce our partnership with Bellway Homes, providing scaffolding and safety decking at the former foundry in Wolsingham, County Durham. "The Old Foundry" is a 13.7-acre site featuring 120 high quality homes.

This project marks our first collaboration with Bellway, further growing our portfolio of work with both major and independent housing developers.

Another project in Gainford — two re-roofing jobs completed in just 4 days!

We finished the new roof with beautiful Double Roman terracotta tiles that will stand up for years to come — as well as new fascias, soffits and guttering, and we repointed the chimneys too so everything is watertight and looking sharp.

Really proud of the team for knocking this one out of the park! 💪

New felt, laths, ridge and terracotta double roman tiles. Cracked brickwork on chimney replaced and pointed. Roofline completely renewed including valleys, guttering, fascias and soffits 💪
