🛑ANY academy, church school or community school CAN sign-up for the maintinence and compliance service which includes a bespoke service that it’s each school to reflect their annual planned maintenance requirements for a SMALL management fee 💷

🛑THATS NOT ALL- When your school buys into the planned maintainence service your school will then also have access to the outstanding, reactive and emergency service, where we have excellent relationships with over 350 contractors accross the North of England who can be deployed immediately to deal with issues in Schools, Academies and Communities 🤩

TPM4 Schools is just a shorthand way of expressing our service which is a total property management service for schools offering support with every aspect of routine servicing; maintenance; planned and emergency repair; building development planning and the development, management and delivery of capital projects. We devised our scheme by working with head teachers to ascertain exactly what help and support they needed to manage the building and how they would best like to receive it.
