A nice bit of feedback from a recent client.

As a non-professional property developer, it is so easy to get overwhelmed and lot in a sea of expense.

As part of our preparation, we needed detailed surveys of our plot and turned to TriCAD to provide our Topological Survey. From start to finish I have one word to describe the quality-of-service TriCAD provided, “Excellent”.

Booking and agreeing a date and time was all done to suit me, Scott from TriCAD turned out exactly on time and worked throughout the day without a break. His attention to detail, level of professionalism and willingness to explain in detail every aspect of the survey was brilliant.
My architect then requested additional work and once again I requested TriCAD to do this work. Dealing with Mark was a joy and as a good will gesture TriCAD gave me a heathy discount based upon the price of the first survey. Once again Scott attended and once again, the work was faultless. My architect has described the product TriCAD has turned out as exceptional and way above the industry norm he experiences.

TriCAD are customer focused, price competitive, honest, reliable, and trustworthy. They provide a level of care and professionalism that is all too rare these days. I would have no hesitation in using TriCAD for any future projects or recommending them to anyone needed a high-quality survey with brilliant customer service.
