We are currently seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate cleaning activities, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning standards are met and maintained.
Train new cleaning staff and provide ongoing guidance and support.
Order and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures.
Handle any issues or complaints related to cleaning services promptly and effectively.
Maintain records of cleaning activities and prepare reports as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Salary Range: £27,000 to £39,000 per annum
