Our team of experienced professionals combines asset management and turnaround skills with expertise in licenced property trading. We operate a model to maximise returns and income from pub trading whilst simultaneously seeking to identify longer term income and investment opportunities for qualifying sites. We actively manage investment programs for clients in qualifying sites and implement long term business plans for these sites. We operate our own long term estate of quality sites ( Inglenook Inns & Taverns) and operate similar JV’s for clients.

We’re looking for a new management team to take on The Fleece Inn, Bishop Wilton.

Set in a lovely village at the foot of the Yorkshire Wolds, The Fleece is a traditional country pub with an established food trade and plenty of potential for the right pair to make their mark.

We’re ideally looking for a duo with kitchen and front-of-house experience between them, ready to work together and take the pub forward.

The pub also has four letting rooms, offering a great opportunity to build an additional income stream alongside the food and drink trade.

What a couple of days!

A HUGE thank you to every single one of our operators who came along, got involved, shared ideas and made the days what they were. It was so lovely having everyone together, and we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.

Thank you to our brilliant Inglenook team who helped us pull everything together, and to BII, Complete Intacare, Bob Rudd, Bidfood and everyone else who joined us, gave up their time and helped make both days such a success.

There’s been a LOT of planning behind the scenes (and possibly enough Christmas talk to last us until December 😂), but seeing everyone together made it completely worth it.

We genuinely can’t thank everyone enough for getting behind it. ❤️

Some goodbyes hit harder than others. 🍻

In hospitality, we’re used to being there for people’s goodbyes. The leaving drinks, the last shift, the farewell meal, the raise of a glass to someone moving on.

But when it’s the pub or restaurant itself that people are saying goodbye to, it hits differently.

We’re incredibly saddened to hear about the closure of Beefeater and Brewers Fayre restaurants. It’s another difficult loss for our hospitality industry, but behind every closed door is also a team of people facing uncertainty about what comes next.

Managers, Assistant Managers and hospitality teams who have spent years welcoming guests, building relationships and making their venues somewhere people want to return to.
