We have a 100% retention rate on all Landlords that have transferred to Winnie Tree management, these landlords have not only seen a huge improvement on communication and knowledge of their portfolio but also expressed how the bottom line has raised and been maintained. We are all so happy that we have achieved this retention rate and that our Property Managers have the same enthusiasm as our owners for the business and customer service. As well as the best possible management we offer our own in-house maintenance team, with all trades on standby for call outs when needed and Project Mangers to manage renovations when needed. 🔧 A Day in the Life of Lettings Maintenance (aka Fixers of Everything 😅)

8:30am – Phone rings before we’ve even had coffee ☕
“Hi… my heating’s not working.”

9:45am – First job of the day 🛠️
Leaky tap? Easy.
…until it’s suddenly a very leaky tap 💦

11:15am – “Quick” job that turns into a full investigation 🕵️‍♂️
Why is the wall damp? Where is that smell coming from?? WHO did this DIY?! 😳

1:00pm – Lunch on the go 🍔 (usually in the van 🚐)

2:10pm – Emergency call 🚨
“No hot water!”
We arrive like superheroes… but with toolboxes instead of capes 🧰

3:45pm – Tenant says: “It’s been making that noise for weeks…”
Me internally: 🫠

4:50pm – Final job of the day ✔️
Everything fixed, tools packed, feeling like a legend 💪

5:05pm – Phone buzzes…
