Macro economics for property investors

I developed a formula in my spread sheet to calculate the future market value of properties based on a change of mortgage interest rates and LTV. Just change the white cells in the right chart and in the cell F2 the changed market value based on the buyer's target to pay a price which makes him achieving the same ROI will be calculated automatically with this formula:
new market value = (F9*(1-F10)*(1-F11))/(B16-B16*F5/(1+F3)+F5/(1+F3)*F12)*(1/(1+F3))
