We were contacted to board out a loft for a customer who had just purchased a house.

They needed the extra storage space with a timber ladder for safe and easy access. We got the job done ☑️

💥 Unsafe Space to a Tidy Loft! 💥

Here’s a loft we completed today in Oakdale.

Our customers contacted us as they wanted to make use of the space. After a free survey and discussing options, they decided to have 20m2+ of loft boarding on a raised system, top up insulation and led lights fitted 🙌🏻

They didn’t require a ladder as they had a timber loft ladder installed a few years back 👌🏻

Now they have a safe usable loft to store their belongings.

Another loft completed in Roath 🙌🏻

This one was a challenge, ceilings were lath and plaster… 2 inches out and very very dusty/dirty!!

But we don’t shy away from a challenge… got it completed and now we have a happy customer who can use their loft space 😀

As you can see, the loft wasn’t really safe to use, make shift boards led ontop of insulation and electrical cables and no where to really store belongings! 😬
