Diweddariad ar Adeiladau Bolton ac Ephraim
Yn dilyn archwiliadau strwythurol diweddar, mae wedi dod i’r amlwg bod rhannau o’r ffasâd bresennol bellach ddim yn ddiogel, felly mae angen tynnu’r ffasâd i lawr yn ofalus cyn ei hailadeiladu.
Rydym yn deall pa mor bwysig yw’r adeiladau yma i’r gymuned, ac felly hoffem eich sicrhau bod y gwaith yn cael ei wneud gyda gofal mawr. Bydd y ffasad yn cael ei hailgodi yn yr un arddull a golwg, gan gadw’r cymeriad a’r manylion sy’n gwneud Bolton ac Ephraim mor adnabyddus. Mae gweithwyr arbenigol yn goruchwylio’r prosiect er mwyn sicrhau bod y canlyniad terfynol yn parchu hanes ac ymddangosiad yr adeiladau, tra’n eu gwneud yn ddiogel ac yn gadarn ar gyfer y dyfodol.
Rydym yn deall y gall gweld newidiadau i adeiladau mor gyfarwydd codi pryder, ac rydym yn gwerthfawrogi’n fawr eich amynedd a’ch dealltwriaeth tra bo’r gwaith hanfodol yma yn cael ei gyflawni.
Byddwn yn parhau i rannu diweddariadau wrth i’r prosiect fynd rhagddo.

Update on Bolton and Ephraim Buildings
Following recent structural inspections, it has become apparent that parts of the existing facade are no longer safe, so the facade needs to be carefully pulled down before it is rebuilt.
We understand how important these buildings are to the community, and therefore we would like to assure you that the work is done with great care. The facade will be rebuilt in the same style and look, keeping the character and details that make Bolton and Ephraim so well known. Specialist workers supervise the project to ensure that the final result respects the history and appearance of the buildings, while making them safe and sound for the future.
We understand that seeing changes to such familiar buildings can cause concern, and we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding while this essential work is carried out.
We will continue to share updates as the project progresses.
