Our client's Lynn & Jim MacLean wish was to fully open their existing Dining Room & Kitchen providing them with fully open plan living of a Snug, Dining Room and Kitchen.

The finished layout gave them with the continuous flow from comfortable living internally out to their perfectly manicured garden providing them the layout they desired.

Brave and bold client's allowed us to transform this listed, vacant Gentleman's Club into a gorgeous, period family home overlooking the River Tay.
The result is spectacular and whilst retaining and preserving original features it combines all the modern day luxuries wanted for 21st century living.

With the views Mairi & Iain Millar have over towards the Sidlaw Hills it was fundamental we provided them with a finished product that took in the vistas to its maximum.

Redirecting & softening the flow of the house by opening the main living area, taking full advantage of the views. The abundance of light creates a feeling of inviting the outdoors inside!

With relocating the Kitchen within the open plan Lounge / Dining / Kitchen area it allowed us to create a lovely Snug with wood burning stove, perfect for those winter evenings. Forming a more principle entrance it offered the opportunity to upgrade the existing Utility & Shower Room.

This together with a whole house overhaul has left Mairi & Iain with a fabulous house in one of the most sought after areas
