July's MING was another one to remember.

Victoria Tsoy, founder of Oxford Land Consultants, gave the room an honest look at what property development actually looks like from the inside, raising finance, building the right team, and finding opportunity in the current market. Real experience, no fluff.

Then Jason Patterson, The Short Lease King, did what he does best. Twenty years of knowledge on why the properties most investors walk away from are often the ones worth running towards.
