The kitchen on Plot 6a Priory Road, Bodmin is nearing completion.

For this bungalow we’ve chosen Sandstone high gloss units and grey oak worktops and matching splash backs, along with a range of upgraded Bosch appliances.

6a is very close to completion now, with 6b being under offer.

With fully integrated and upgraded appliances together with a large larder cupboard, the kitchens in these stylish bungalows really do provide plenty of storage and worktop space.

These photos show the kitchen installed in 6b Priory Road, Bodmin. The kitchen in 6a will be of the same design but will be a slightly different colour. Keep an eye out for photos of 6a Priory Road coming really soon.

Another milestone reached today, as the first bungalow is at the stage of having professional photos taken for marketing purposes. We can’t wait to see them.

In the meantime we thought we’d share some more of our own photos. The spacious entrance hall really does set the scene upon entering these quality bungalows. Finished with click vinyl flooring throughout and solid oak doors, we couldn’t be more pleased with the finish.

Plot 2 (6b Priory Road) is only a few weeks off being completed and it really is looking brilliant.

The en-suite, which is fully tiled, is bright and spacious and well equipped.

Plot 2 (6b Priory Road) is nearing completion. Designed with minimal maintenance in mind, these stylish bungalows are built to a high spec. Thank you to everyone who has popped in to wish us well with our first development, it’s really appreciated.

A sneak peep at the beautiful modern kitchen area at our Bodmin, Priory Road site.

In keeping with the light airy feel of these stylish bungalows we’ve selected light grey high-gloss units, with white/grey worktops and matching splash backs, all complimented with a wide array of high-end appliances, including induction hob, integral cooker hood, oven, built in microwave, integrated dishwasher, integrated washer/dryer and integrated fridge/freezer. The kitchen area has been designed to maximise storage space too.

Dave has been in his element fitting this beautiful kitchen, whilst Steve has been busy finishing off the outside paving so don’t forget to check back soon to see more progress.

We’ve been a little quiet on our socials recently, but progress on site is coming along extremely well.

This week the silicone render to the external of Plot 2 was completed and we just love the contrast between the white render and charcoal panelling. We’ve chosen contrasting grey slabs for the pathways and patio - keep an eye out for more photos soon, including internal progress 👌
