HMS is now offering steep slope land maintenance with the use of a specialist remote control Ransomes Spider Mower. The mower is able to operate on slopes of up to 40 degrees!

*Exciting News* North Cornwall Property Maintenance has rebranded and we are now called Higginson Maintenance Services (HMS). We would like to take this opportunity to thank Phoenix Print, and especially Paul, who did a fantastic job in designing our logo and signwriting our van. Our logo and van both look amazing (even if we do say so ourselves). We really can’t recommend them enough! Thanks Phoenix Print, we will definitely be using you again in the future!!
