We are delighted to be hosting a monthly sound bath retreat with Ayumi Addison yoga starting on 16th March from 2-4pm.

The workshop will include breathwork, Sound bath, Oracle cards, hand blended herbal tea, and homemade cakes.

It’s not stealing, it’s adoption… These baby lettucelings were thrown aside and discarded by the farmer because they were either not perfect or surplus to requirements, so I rescued them and have given them a loving new home….. until I eat them of course!

Our first crop of mulberries! That is until the Blackbirds discover them… I am so pleased this tree has finally got comfortable here, it was originally planted at our first house and then moved with us 15 years ago. I love that it is so connected to the silk industry too, and the fruit is utterly delicious. Well worth picking and eating despite the fact it will stain your fingers and tongue.
