We are the very proud sponsors of a boys football team called Littlehampton Vipers. Today was the Arun & Chichester under 13’s B cup final. The team did us all extremely proud and only went and won it! It was a nail biting game and after still drawing 2-2 after extra time, it went to penalties.
Well done Vipers from us all at A-H Property Maintenance. ⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️

At the end of last year, Dave and his team completed a full flat refurbishment. The flat was gutted, doorways and cupboards were moved and the separate toilet and bathroom was knocked into one to give the whole flat more space and a better layout.
The flat was re-wired with new sockets and modern lighting throughout. A new heating system was also fitted.
A new bathroom with separate shower was fitted, as too was a new kitchen with appliances.
The flat was partly re-plastered, fully painted and lovely new oak doors were fitted as a finishing touch.
I hope you agree it looks stunning (I will add some ‘before’ photos in the comments so you can fully appreciate the amazing change) 😊

Sorry it’s late in the day, but Merry Christmas to all of Dave’s customers and followers. Dave and his team have had a very busy six months renovating a flat in Littlehampton and a house in Pagham (including a rewire, knocking walls down and fitting new kitchens and bathrooms), amongst other things. Photos will follow, but for today, we hope that everyone has had a lovely day and spent time with loved ones.

Dave has been back busy working at the women’s charity again..... converting a small toilet into a larger accessible toilet. He’s also converted the very small kitchenette into a much larger kitchen area. Here are the (almost) finished photos....

In the wrong order, but here is revamp update number one.... all in a days work (yesterday).

We are very excited that the new women's centre space will have two private interview rooms. So pleased as we have had less favourable privacy in the hub. Part of making things so much better for local women.

Dave has been working for a local charity this week, transforming their space. Dave likes getting a sledgehammer to things.... but watch this space to see photos of the end result!

We have doubled our ground floor space today - the boys have broken through to next door. Thank you to the amazing Dave Austin-Hogg Property Maintenance .

A lovely and modern kitchen that Dave completed earlier in the year. New kitchen cupboards, worktop, island, oven, hob, lighting and new electric sockets. Finished off with a lovely paint job. The existing floor tiles were kept at the customer’s request.

Dave has just finished a ‘mini’ refurbishment of a flat in Hove. The lobby area was knocked through to create a spacious hallway - with new wooden flooring and a repaint making it much fresher too.
There was condensation in the flat which was dealt with and new plasterboard fitted before a full repaint.
New lighting and fans were fitted in bathroom and en-suite and extra lights fitted in other areas.
