We’re looking to help a friend who had an intruder in her home. She lives on this estate and I think we’re very community minded, so please help if you can.

Today is the day that the pushups start!!! 100 pushups a day for all of October, I’m going to up it a little and hit 100 kettlebell swings too.

We all unfortunately know of someone or of a family that has been destroyed by cancer.

We’re not a wealthy family to give hundreds of thousands to charity, but what I can do is give my body and my time and see if you guys can help donate a couple of quid.

If you feel like you can help, please do, I’m going to film the torture too for your enjoyment, surely that alone is worth the donation.
