Anna says: "The classes I teach are specifically for stroke survivors. They are accessible to all bodies and abilities and are trauma-informed in their approach. In my classes, you will find the time and space to listen to what your own body needs. You will be guided through the postures slowly and mindfully, which will allow you to tune in to your body and its needs. I am not a teacher that focuses on how postures look, every person's body is different and has its own needs. Therefore every posture will be different for every person."
