We are looking for a new member of staff to join our fantastic lettings team. The successful applicant must have a minimum 2 years experience of working in lettings, working with a large portfolio and dealing with all aspects of the the lettings business including, liaising with clients, contracts, viewings and valuations etc, good IT skills and managing landlords and tenants along with the responsibility to work as a team member. A full clean driving licence is essential and a pool car is available for use. Ideally Arla Propertymark qualified but if not training will be undertaken. We are an professional company that prides ourself on the quality of service we offer to our clients. We are looking for a candidate who can work within this ethos to drive the business forward.
