SPRAY PAINTER / FINISHER
£35,000 – £45,000 DOE + Overtime + Career Progression
Full-Time | Permanent Position
ChameleCoat is one of Scotland's leading specialist refinishing companies, delivering high-quality spray finishes for kitchens, furniture, UPVC windows and doors, commercial projects, and bespoke coatings work.
We're investing heavily in new facilities, equipment and people, and we're looking for an experienced Spray Painter / Finisher to join our growing team.

THE ROLE
You'll be involved in a variety of workshop and site-based projects, including:
• Surface preparation and repairs
• Filling, sanding and masking
• Applying primers and topcoats
• Kitchen, furniture and UPVC refinishing
• Removal and refitting of doors, drawers and hardware
• Working within our spray facilities and on customer sites
• Maintaining exceptional quality standards throughout every project

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Previous spray painting experience
• Strong preparation and repair skills
• Ability to produce high-quality finishes consistently
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to follow established systems and processes
• Competent use of common workshop and hand tools
• Full UK driving licence preferred

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:
• Kitchen refinishing
• Furniture spraying
• UPVC spraying
• 2K coating systems
• Acid-catalysed coating systems
• Basic joinery or workshop experience
• Measuring, marking out and fitting handles and hardware
• Working within spray booth environments
