Worst mistake ever purchasing an ACORN home at Cottrell Gardens. So far we've endured :
STRUCTURAL DEFECTS
LATENT DEFECTS
FIRE SAFETY HAZARDS (very poor wiring that had to be redone by my electrician)
POOR / SUBSTANDARD WORKMANSHIP
And the worst part is ACORN are doing nothing about it!!!!
