2. A 5 bedroom house with 1 or 2 bedroom cottage/annexe or barns to covert to annexe. Access to mainline train station. Budget £1.75m.
3. A 4 or 5 bedroom house with good cottage, 10 to 20 acres of land and buildings in the villages close to Ripon. Budget £2.5m.
