Good morning,

I am delighted to announce a unique opportunity for a 26-week (6-month flexi contract) studio arrangement.

Here's an overview:

**New Instructors / Private Hire:**
£130 for 6 months

- Secure a minimum of 26 slots upfront (1 hour per week) at £5

Applicable if you are new to the studio or haven't rented within the last 6 months (excluding new March rentals).
- These 26 slots offer flexibility, allowing you to utilize the studio any day, any time. Subject to availability.

- Instructors opting for a regular weekly slot or class will benefit from visibility on our wall timetable, flyers, and website.

**Returning Instructors / Private Hire:**
£260 for 6 months

- Existing instructors can continue their arrangement at £10 per hour for 26 slots

- Availability from April 1st to September 30th.

For example - a 4-hour workshop consumes 8 credits if both studios are rented simultaneously, providing exclusive use of the entire space.

For all instructors, it is essential to ensure compliance with:

- Insurance
- First Aid certification
- Music license (or use royalty-free music)
- Enhanced DBS (if working with children)
- a signed contract for adherence to terms and conditions regarding space cleanliness and rules.

£2000 down on rent due end of the month due to instructors leaving last minute due to injury and going back to their country etc. This is an amazing opportunity for anyone setting up a business or any long term business with high rental costs.
Usually hire is £20 for large studio but if u join us for 6 months it goes down to £9 an hour when u pay for the 26 weeks upfront. I only take on 27 contracts every 6 months.

Please pass it onto all youth club, home Ed, fitness instructors etc and help me keep it open ###x
