Also treating your tenant like you would with your landlord is just as important because one day they might be the one coming to you to help them rent out their property. This one was tricky, they ain’t all plain sailing, in fact 75% of sales have difficulties from issues with the home, buyers and sellers disagreeing on who should pay for what or sometimes an unresponsive third party which the sale needs in order to get the transaction over the line.
