Following on from my last post, what are some tips and tricks that'll help you sell quicker in autumn?
here are just a few:
⭐ Clean up fallen leaves and keep on top of the exterior, clean gutters, wash pavements, remove loose sticks. Autumn is the easiest time of year to let the garden go, so make sure your home stands out as the best on the street.
⭐ Lean into the autumn glow and decorate your home accordingly: smells like pumpkin spice candles or boiled cinnamon sticks and orange colours.
⭐ Add extra lighting, the days are shorter and darker so when showing your home, make sure you have extra lighting to show it off better, put a small lamp on your bedside table or a large one in the corner of your living room.
⭐ Don't go overboard with Halloween decorations. I love halloween as much as the next person but no one wants to be greeted by a bloody skeleton when they come to look at your home.
⭐ Get the temperature right, turn the heating on but don't go overboard, it shouldn't be a sauna when a potential buyer walks in. as an added tip, get on top of condensation and aerate your property correctly.
