This small but prestigious development is only 11 miles from the bustling market town of Boston and 13 miles from Skegness with its award winning beaches. All of our Luxury Cottages & Lakeside Lodges have there own private hot tubs. All guests staying in our cottages have full use of our on site fishing lake, which is only open to guests staying with us.

🎉 20 Year of Mill Farm🎉

We can’t quite believe we’re saying this, but Mill Farm Leisure is 20 years old this year! 🥳🎂

We opened back in 2006, and looking through all these old photos while making this video has brought back so many memories. It’s quite something to see where we started and how much Mill Farm has changed over the years. 🏡🌿

But the biggest part of those 20 years has been all the people we’ve met along the way. ❤️

We’ve welcomed so many lovely guests over the years, many of whom have come back time and time again. We’ve got to know lots of you, watched friendships grow and seen familiar faces return year after year. That has always meant a lot to us.

So we really just wanted to say thank you. Whether you stayed with us back in the early days or only discovered Mill Farm recently, you’ve all played a part in making it what it is today. 🥰

We've just received another Tripadvisor award for 2026 for the 7th year running, but what makes it special isn't the certificate itself - it's what sits behind it.

Many of our guests have been visiting Mill Farm Leisure for years. Some have stayed with us 10, 15, and even 20+ times. Seeing familiar faces return year after year is something we'll never take for granted.

Every review, recommendation, photo shared, and return booking helps us continue doing what we love - providing a peaceful place to relax, unwind and escape the everyday.
