Meet Angelina – Our Property Angel 👼🏼🏡

Angelina Franchitti founded Property Angels in 2011, inspired by her own experience as a landlord and a belief that landlords deserved a truly landlord-focused letting agency.

Starting out in Bellshill with a small portfolio built through referrals, recommendations and networking, the business grew steadily before moving to the conservation village of Bothwell, where Property Angels is now proudly based in the village’s iconic former bank building.

Today, Property Angels supports landlords across North Lanarkshire, South Lanarkshire and Glasgow, while staying true to the same personal, hands-on approach that shaped the business from day one.

With more than 20 years of property experience, Angelina brings an in-depth understanding of the local market - and, importantly, knows what makes a good property investment… and what doesn’t.

Whether you’re a first-time landlord or an experienced portfolio investor, Angelina and her team provide practical, honest advice designed to protect your investment, maximise rental potential and support long-term portfolio growth.
