Enabling everyone who currently pays a private or council rent to apply to own their own home!

Small deposits equal to 6 weeks of rental value!

Pay no more than the rental value of the property each month!

At the end of the agreed period own your own home!

It’s time to change how the system works and push it into our favour!

Example of how it will work:

If you pay £1,000pcm for your property, the deposit will be £1,500, and you’ll pay for a fixed term that’s agreed with you prior to moving in, majority of the time the period will be 30 years, at the end of the period you’ll own your home!
