Yesterday we went on a viewing with a landlord that called us on the back of a recent marketing campaign๐ฉ
Our marketing campaign was targeting HMO landlords in the BCP region and offering our services, to rent out there HMO under a company let agreement. This means renting out their property and doing the property up to attract high quality tenants, whilst then renting out each room individually, which as worked so well for many of our landlords๐ก
This landlord was attracted by the proposal and asked to meet us at his property that is currently rented out to students. He wanted to learn more regarding what we did and how we would could benefit his property๐
We offered this landlord a fixed rent over a long period of time whilst offering a free redecoration to get his property up to top standard๐
