Guess who’s back! 💁🏼‍♀️

2024: It was a busy year of owning and running in its first Summer, so I put the breaks on posting/sharing on this account.

2025 smells like growth, and new property opportunities, so I’m here to share the journey with those that want to follow (and invest 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽).

I’m a big believer in education (being an educator myself for two decades) so I’ll be sharing what courses I take (if I take any); the properties I buy next, and how I leverage them for maximum profit 🫴🏼💷💷💷

I’m not here just to build another business, I’m here to build a legacy 💗

Work like hell THEN advertise.

That’s the plan with our latest property purchase.

Yesterday we completed on the purchase of a 10 bedroom hotel 🛌

We’ve had it sat waiting for completion since June, as it was a thriving fully booked hotel all Summer (and the previous 14 years), but we didn’t want to take it as a running hotel. For anyone that knows me, knows I’m all about working SMARTER not harder.

The plan is to start the conversion of this boutique style hotel into 6 self check in apartments: some 3 bed, some 2 bed, and a couple one bed apartments.

The potential of this property is huge, with later plans of extending the back of the property and maybe even building up, but for now, we’re excited to start converting and creating modern self-contained apartments, located just a stones throw away from the beach, in sunny Bournemouth 🌞

There’s no time to waste, the rip out starts TOMORROW! ⚒️

Today I popped into the hotel we have purchased, on a delayed completion…

To think that my first holiday rental (Airbnb) started by COMPLETE ACCIDENT!

Actually, to be more accurate, it was my amazing friend Emma, that said “What about putting it on Airbnb…” when I showed her the Annex that came with my new house.

Little did I know in just 18 months, that ‘little side business’ would have scaled to what it is becoming today! 😮‍💨

Multiple airbnbs in the Boscombe, Winton, and Bournemouth area, and now; a HOTEL, something that has been in the pipeline for months.

Ben and I had changed our minds multiple times on how we were going to turn this property into a scaleable, hands off business model.

3 plan changes later… 🤪

One of Bournemouth’s FIRST Apart-hotels is soon to be underway…

The countdown is officially ON!

In just 9 days time we collect the keys and the transformation begins… I can’t wait to share our journey with you… 💕

Another key to add to the keyring today! 🤝
