🏡 CHARMINSTER — ANOTHER PLANNING APPROVAL! ✅

Another approval secured, this time for a loft conversion in Charminster, making more of the existing roof space and creating an additional bedroom. 📐🔨

This one is for an existing client we’re already working closely with on a couple of projects, and it’s always a pleasure to keep that relationship growing. 🤝

Recommendations bring new clients through the door, but returning clients are a compliment all of their own. We really appreciate that continued trust in Parkway and the team behind it. 👏

Planning approval secured for this small rear extension in Lymington, designed and submitted in-house by the Parkway team! 📐

This project came to us through a word-of-mouth recommendation, and those really do mean a lot. Someone putting our name forward and trusting us to look after another client is a compliment we never take for granted. A big thank you to everyone who recommends us. 🤝

With approval in place, we’ll be getting the build underway shortly — turning these drawings into a space that makes a real difference to the home. 🔨

A brand-new home alongside a rear extension to the existing property — plenty happening on this Bournemouth project, and it’s progressing nicely! 💪

With the brickwork and blockwork coming up, we’re looking forward to getting the first-floor joists on, then pushing the new build up to wall plate level, ready for the roof. 🔨

It’s always satisfying seeing the walls go up and the plans become real spaces — creating a new home while giving the existing property some valuable extra room. 🏡

Our loft conversion is coming along nicely, with the steels in and three sides of the roof structure now up! 💪

Next up is forming the dormer and rear gable, as we continue turning the loft into valuable extra living space and making more of this home’s potential. 🔨

There’s something satisfying about seeing a new roof take shape — especially with some cracking carpentry on show. Top work from the team, putting in the graft and bringing it all together! 👏

Still plenty to do, but this one is really starting to show what’s to come. More progress updates soon! 👀

We’ve got another refurbishment underway in Bournemouth, with works across the lounge, kitchen and bathrooms, alongside structural alterations and roof works.

The aim? To turn the existing space into a more practical, functional family home — not just updating how it looks, but improving how it works for the people living in it. 👌

The strip-out is underway and the changes are already taking shape. It’s the messy stage before the transformation, but this is where the groundwork for the finished result begins! 💪

Plenty to get stuck into on this one, and we’re looking forward to sharing the progress as the team brings it all together. 👀

More underfloor heating going in, first-fix works progressing and the team gearing up to take this project into the second-fix stage. 🔧

We’ve had some fireproofing challenges to work through on the upper levels, but we’re back on the path to progress and pushing towards the next milestone.

It’s not all kitchens and finishing touches just yet — there’s plenty happening behind the walls and beneath the floors as we get these apartments ready for the next stage of their transformation. 🏡

A big shout-out to our team and trades for their hard work and persistence. Still plenty to do, but it’s great to see this one moving forward! 👏

🔨 OUTLAW HOUSE, CANFORD CLIFFS — PHASE ONE COMPLETE! ✅

A great milestone at Outlaw House in Canford Cliffs, with the first phase of our works now complete! 🙌

New external decking, internal alterations, new toilet facilities and a new boiler and heating system — alongside some serious making-good work to bring everything together. Plenty happening behind the scenes as well as the finishes you can see! 👌

Now it’s straight into phase two — updating the hotel rooms and continuing the transformation. 🛏️

This one has been a real pleasure, with fantastic clients to work alongside and a huge effort from our team and trades. A big thank you to everyone involved so far. 🤝

We’re already looking forward to swapping the tools for a seat at the table and trying some of the food for ourselves! 🍽️🔥

🏗️ HORSE & JOCKEY — THE FINISH LINE IS IN SIGHT! 🏡

Our Horse & Jockey project is fast approaching completion, and it’s brilliant to see everything coming together! 🙌

With kitchens fitted, flooring going down and the external areas taking shape, these apartments are starting to feel like homes. And those top-floor windows… 👌

There’s still work to do before we call this one finished, but the team are pushing through the final stages, focusing on the remaining works and those all-important finishing details ahead of handover.

A huge thank you to our team, subcontractors and suppliers for the hard work that’s brought us this far. A real collective effort and a project we’re proud to put the Parkway name to. 💪
