MK Estates are looking for a motivated experienced Sales Negotiator, full time and based at our Holdenhurst Road office.

We are a busy office predominantly covering BH1, 2, 5, and 8, independently owned and managed. The ideal job candidate would have experience in estate agency in either letting or sales, have good rapport with clients, able to build relationships, have good negotiation skills, be able to progress a sale to completion. You should be confident carrying out viewings, arranging your diary to accommodate and work with good independence to do so.

We are very much a team here and looking for someone who will work as part of it to contribute to the overall office targets. If experience is limited we would like someone open to learning new skills and developing further to include floorplans, valuations and property take ons.

The role is full time, will include Saturdays, salary is negotiable depending on level of experience. We will also look at senior sales negotiator roles if that is the next step for you or your current title. Start ASAP if possible.
