Set within 92 acres of beautiful woodland and offering a peaceful and unique way of living. Established in 1947, Warfield Park is a spacious family park with a variety of luxurious residential park homes set within 100 acres of wooded parkland which was once park of Windsor Great Park. We have a residential licence which means our residents can reside in their homes 365 days a year, and we allow u

p to 3 domestic pets per property. Our beautiful park homes come with private landscaped gardens, detached garages and driveway parking, making Warfield Park a uniquely beautiful and fulfilling place to live. Our thriving community of like-minded people live in harmony in 92 acres of what used to be part of Windsor Great Park. Residents can enjoy the Community Association which runs lots of social activities and clubs, and why not pamper yourself in our onsite hairdresser and beauty salon. We welcome pet owners too and unlike other similar communities we allow up to three domestic pets per home.

Early Notice: Amber Heat Alert (Mon 22 & Tue 23 June)
The Met Office has issued an Amber Extreme Heat warning for early next week, with the highest temperatures expected on Monday and Tuesday. Temperatures are currently forecast to reach the low–mid 30s, with warm nights likely.

While conditions are still a few days away, it would be sensible for residents to prepare in advance.

Practical steps for park homes:
Keep blinds/curtains closed on sun-facing sides during the day
Open windows overnight where safe to allow cooler air through
Ensure you have sufficient water and remain well hydrated
Plan any outdoor activity (gardening, walking, etc.) for early morning or evening

Please take particular care if you or nearby residents are more vulnerable, including older residents or those with existing health conditions.

If you are able, a quick check-in with neighbours over the coming days would be helpful.

A huge thank you to everyone who entered the 2026 Warfield Park Garden Competition! 🌼🏡

We have been absolutely delighted by the fantastic entries submitted this year, and we're thrilled to announce that judging is now officially underway! 🌟

We're proud to announce that Rufus Bellamy, from the Blooming Marvellous Pledge for Nature Challenge is joining our judging panel.✨

We'll also be announcing some surprise judges very soon, so keep an eye on our page for updates!

🏆 What happens next?
Our judges will now be visiting and reviewing the wonderful gardens entered into this year's competition.

📞 Winners will be contacted during the first week of July, before being officially announced to the wider Warfield Park community.

With Royal Ascot week upon us, today’s runners are lining up at the starting gate for the most prestigious race of the season… The Paddocks Property Stakes! 🏆

🚩 In Lane 1, it’s TP40 – a stunning 48x22 H4 home, breaking from the gates with style and elegance!

As Royal Ascot gets underway, please be aware that local roads will be significantly busier than usual throughout the week. Increased traffic, temporary road changes, and diversions are expected from Monday 16th June to Friday 20th June.

Today, 12th June, the Warfield Park team proudly supported Wear Yellow Day in aid of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. We all got involved by wearing something yellow to show their support for this fantastic cause. 🌟

It was a great opportunity to explore some beautiful new homes, discover the latest designs and innovations, and meet with manufacturers to discuss options for the available plots at The Paddocks, Warfield Park. ✨

A large branch unexpectedly fell across the footpath in Maclaren West yesterday.

A huge well done and thank you to our fantastic Grounds Team and everyone involved for their swift response, hard work in making the area safe and clearing the fallen branch so quickly.

We know this path is regularly used by many residents and dog walkers, and we appreciate your patience while the necessary safety work is carried out.

The tree will be professionally assessed shortly to ensure it remains safe, and we hope to reopen the footpath as soon as possible.

Thank you for your understanding while these essential safety checks are completed.
