Looking for a Local Property Manager (Bracknell / Wokingham area) Flexible, part time, self employed role | £25k + bonuses
Green Elmes Property Ltd (Warfield) is looking for a reliable, organised Property Manager to help run our small portfolio of 18 properties (including 6 HMOs).
This role is perfect for someone who: ✨ Loves property and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly ✨ Has experience in property management and lettings ✨Enjoys meeting people (tenants, contractors, prospective renters) ✨ Is organised, tidy and great with detail ✨ Works quickly and isn’t easily phased ✨ Likes flexible working and a mix of home based admin + local property visits ✨ Lives around Bracknell / Wokingham area and has a car / home office
Hours: 20–25 per week (mix of daytime office hours + flexible external visits in eve or weekends) Contract: Self employed Travel: Mainly Reading & Basingstoke (mileage paid for further afield)
