We have been shoring up as much of the internal structure as possible, prior to dismantle the gable end, which should begin this week.

Planning permission for phase 2 of our project has now been granted. This will be to develop 2 3-bed homes within the chapel building.

ONE of the earliest purpose-built chapels in Bradford is to be converted into two homes.

Significant progress behind the house during the good weather last week...

Back door and back window now fitted and landscaping of the rear has now begun. It is already looking so much more open and lighter with the wall and shrub removed, and the first steps to level the 'gardens'.
In the foreground we have started the retaining walls which will surround the garden areas and separate from the rear parking.

Laid the second half of the roof this week.
Definitely improved the parapet on the outside wall.

Another big change was to bring the foot of the stairs up to H & S spec with a generous kite. And then some useful storage above for the upstairs bedroom.
