Multi Trade Maintenance Person

Parkside Facility Services Ltd have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Trade Operative to join our repairs and maintenance team.

We are looking for operatives who will be responsible for travelling to properties and sites across Bradford/Leeds and the surrounding areas.

We are looking for a general all-rounder to join our team to work within a busy repairs and maintenance team. You will be working on individual jobs carrying out general repairs and rectifying any defects to ensure our clients receive a high-quality service. Ideally, you will need to have the ability to confidently carry out a variety of the below tasks:

Carpentry such as UPVC, lock change, internal door installations, kitchen unit /door repairs, tiling, floor tiles, skirting, Plumbing such as taps, baths, basin, sink repair and installs.

Decorating - painting, plastering, re pointing, wallpapering, rendering, and coving etc. If you have experience of doing any of the above, but not all we would still encourage you to apply!

What you need to have: Good general maintenance skills, a can do attitude, good time keeping

Full driving licence
Company van provided

In return we offer competitive rates of pay and a chance to grow substantially within the business.

An enhanced CRB check will be carried out.

The role involves the repair and maintenance of commercial buildings throughout Bradford, Leeds and surrounding areas.

A full UK driving licence is essential

Parkside Facility Services Ltd are looking to recruit additional Joiner Multi-Trade Maintenance Engineers.
The successful post-holder will be responsible for undertaking joinery, repairs & maintenance works in commercial and domestic properties in the Leeds & Bradford areas.

Key Responsibilities:
*Undertake joinery, repairs and maintenance work by providing high quality work and cost effective building services to the business and its customers.
* Installation of fire doors, door furniture and associated equipment.
* Maintain a working environment that is safe and without risk to staff or clients.
*Conduct work in accordance with current legislation to British standards.

Key Skills & Qualfications:

* Holder of Full UK Driving licence
* Holds the relevant qualifications ( e.g NVQ 2 or equivalent)
* Health & Safety awareness in Asbestos (essential)
*Experience in 1st and 2nd fix carpentry and joinery (desirable)
*DBS enhanced certification will be conducted
