Well my first claim to podcasting fame!!!

About a month ago I was asked to come on a podcast and talk about my journey from the beginning 21years ago doing property on the side my main job through corporate world and into property full time and beyond to what we are now focusing on.

What a great time I had, thanks to Gav Eade for the opportunity to talk on his podcast for 83 Property Group on what I love property and investing for a better future and what has allowed me to change mine and my families lives forever, now also helping friends, family and other people I talk to at the gym, down the pub etc about what I do, to change theirs as well by investing with us and helping them get out of asset rich cash poor situations plus many others and beyond to a better life.

Two networkings in a day, love it, yesterday the 1st Tuesday of every month is my full networking day, starting with my local business one in Setchey, Norfolk in the morning and our property businesses one in Braintree Essex in the evening.

Great chats, catching up with historic members and new ones.

Loved hearing about some of the bigger projects people have going on in the group as want to get on with some bigger ones in the future, little by little teatering towards something like that taking on a large portfolio development, go big or go home scenario! Lol!

Happy with our smaller commercial units though at present as they are doing us very well as pretty passive hands free investments for JBP and we’re looking for more as always.

Big thanks to all who came old and new look forward to seeing you again next month xx

Out business networking again wooo hooo, had a couple of months off as clashed with business trips abroad and family holidays, but I do love this business breakfast networking club we are part of and missed it whilst away.

Back now more new faces to meet and connect with new businesses here, already found new attendees for our networking events that we now run in Cambridge with the United Kingdom Property Network we are partners with.
Found a solicitors and accountancy firm looking to join us.

Getting ready to go to the London marathon, most important meal of the day prepped in the campervan beast, for the journey on the tube, stayed over last night so not to get stuck in traffic etc to get to the race, all ingredients sorted by my loving Mrs Tracey Holt to keep me healthy, a good bit of smashed avocado 🥑 with chilli 🌶️ topped off with egg 🥚 and bacon 🥓 mix to fill up the Boydo beast belly and get me to the track! Loool!

I’ve never been before, always wanted to go, so what better day to go, it’s sunny 😎 woo hoo 🙌, a bit chilly in the air, but very excited to be supporting and hopefully seeing my besty Liz Langley Moosh the whippet passing us and of course to celebrate at the finish with her and Ains.

Been watching the start on the phone since it came on BBC, buzzing for this!!

Then to Brentwood for tomorrow morning for Elite sales academy training with the man Nick Staab on his 3day course, always keep busy, life’s short fill it and live it to the fullest you can, great sayings, as I always like a good saying “life’s a marathon, not a sprint” though, pardon the day pun! Looooool!

Been a long slog the longest planning application I have ever had to go through Right on the doorstep of the six month limit where they can essentially just write your planning off, but we got there.

Morecambe has finally passed planning, wooooooooo hoooooooo!!!!!!!

He is now turning from a seven bed to an eight bed with four extra ensuite bathrooms and of course they always wanted hot tub!!!

We have now found two builders that will help us to get the project management and the refurbishment done for a sensible figure pretty much what I thought and costed at around 60,000 with a 15% contingency lovely jubbly😄

Now to get exchange and completion finished then let’s get this show on the road our first holiday let to diversify the portfolio very excited to say the least X
