I needed one piece of clarification regarding a lease which I managed to get in 10 minutes last Thursday BUT.... Lender will only take it from a certain route as follows so almost a week later its done ! My file notes added as follows 🥹🤣:

'Confirmation (after again chasing HA and Vendor Solicitor) that HA had sent to the Vendor Solicitor yesterday afternoon, Purchaser Solicitor has now confirmed that Vendor Solicitor has sent across to her....she now needs to send to the broker who will in turn send to the lender who will then send to the underwriter who will then send an amended mortgage offer out to the Purchaser Solicitor who can advise the Purchaser ....Is it any wonder that it takes so long to buy/sell a property in the UK (I will now call my vendor and purchaser to give them the good news (shortened of course) ...... Phew!'
