This customer was due to move out of her rented flat and was worried she wouldn't get her deposit back because of this water damaged and chipped worktop on the corner of the masons mitre (which wasn't really her fault, just an old worktop) so instead of pulling up the whole water damaged corner and having a massive repair to pay for I just repaired the chip and touched up the surrounding area to hide any damage. This was a very cost effective process that saved the customer her deposit. Another very happy customer 👍

I received a call from a customer who is a manager at an kitchen appliances shop, unfortunately his team scratched the home owners tiled kitchen floor when replacing their dishwasher.
Obviously replacing the tile would of been expensive and hard to find a matching tile. This was no problem for out the hat repairs to repair like brand new again. A simple procedure that was both cost and time effective for both parties involved.
