We are pleased to offer this newly refurbished 6 bay modular building, currently completely open plan, benefiting from a new edpm roof, and pressure treated redwood cladding externally. Internally, boasting a 2.7m ceiling height, new white vinyl plasterboard, new insulation, new 18mm flooring, new double security doors on the front, a steel fire exit door on one end. All electrics have been updated, including new panel heaters, pir controlled lighting and new consumer units. Other features include tilt and turn upvc windows with built in shutters.
This building has been stripped back to the bare bones and rebuilt. Dimensions are approximately 10m x 18m (180sqm) (1800sqft).

Any Partitions/Kitchen/toilets can be added at extra cost.
