Changeover day is fast becoming our favourite day of the week… and it’s all thanks to the Café at Hallbankgate Hub.

Nothing lifts the spirits quite like a bacon butty and a proper mug of tea before the fresh sheets, fluffing cushions and cottage sparkle‑up begin.

After months of love, care, and a full top to toe refurb… Coalfell Farm Cottage is officially ready — and now open for bookings 💛

Our little corner of the Cumbrian fells has never looked so cosy. Two beautifully finished bedrooms, a brand new kitchen & shower room, a peaceful garden, secure parking for up to three cars, and views that stop you in your tracks — all wrapped up in a warm, dog friendly hideaway designed for slow mornings, muddy boots, and soul soothing escapes.

To celebrate our launch, we’re offering something special:

There’s a special kind of magic in the air on the fell right now — the kind that only early spring can bring.

The daffodils are pushing up through the garden, the lambs are finding their feet in the adjoining field, and the view… well, it’s doing what it always does — stopping us in our tracks.

We’re still putting the finishing touches on Coalfell Farm Cottage before we can welcome guests, but we couldn’t resist sharing a little glimpse of what’s unfolding here.
