*Requirements:*

- Proven experience in various trades
- Versatility in household repairs with a strong multi-skilled background
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team
- Own transportation (van) and complete set of tools are mandatory

*Responsibilities:*

- Perform diverse household repairs with precision and efficiency
- Execute tasks within the stipulated time frame and quality standards
- Flexibility to adapt to varying repair needs and work environments

*Location and Work Schedule:*

- Applicants must be based within a 20-mile radius of Lakenheath
- Primarily working in Bury St Edmunds and surrounding areas
- Full-time position (Monday to Friday) on a self-employed basis.

*Remuneration:*

- Competitive annual pay range of £40,000 - £45,000, with potential for additional earnings through our Emergency Callout Scheme
