The activity in the Scottish housing market has kept us busy over the past months, and we’re pleased to have helped so many customers to keep moving.
With Scotland’s new five-tier Covid-19 system now in place, we know you might have questions about what this means for your move or property search. Under the current government guidance, relevant businesses, including estate agents, can continue to support people to move home in all protection levels.
This means our offices in Aberdeen, Stonehaven and Brechin are still open, however any visits must be by appointment. We already follow the strictest of protocols, and we will continue to monitor any changes in government guidance. We’ve been here before, and luckily we know we can continue to help you buy, sell, let or rent your property, having adapted effectively throughout the year to these conditions and circumstances.
We are able to offer virtual viewings and valuations, and with these options we have been successful in helping buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants progress with their future moves since March. The government guidelines permit us to continue to carry out in-person viewings and valuations if both the client and buyer are comfortable in doing so.
We understand that this may be an unsettling time for many, but we are open and able to help and offer advice whatever your property needs may be. Please do contact us at any time.
