The following benefits will secure (ECO) funding for the following energy efficiency improvements, which will improve the energy performance rating on your property.

• Solar PV
• Loft & solid wall insulation
• Renewable energy heating sources & controls
The criteria to access and secure this funding
Your property’s EPC rating must be either E, F or G

The occupiers must either be on one of the following income-related benefits or meet the proposed income threshold.

• Child or working tax credit
• Universal credit
• Employment & support allowance
• Job seeker's allowance
• Income support allowance housing benefit
• Pension credit or saving guarantee credit

The income threshold for a Single occupant with the following number of children.

1 = £19,800
2 = £24,600
3 = £29,400
4 = £34,200

The income threshold for a member of a couple with the following number of children.

1 = £27,300
2 = £32,100
3 = £36,900
4 = £41,700
