We’re incredibly proud to share this fantastic moment from the Investors in People event in Cardiff this week, where our Operations Manager, Leigh Wood, represented Smart Lettings and proudly received our Investors in People recognition. 🎉👏
With our teams now operating across both our Bridgend and Neath offices, this recognition means a great deal to us as we continue to grow and develop the business across South Wales.

Leigh plays a hugely important role across the business, supporting our teams, overseeing operations and helping ensure that the high standards we set ourselves are delivered consistently across both offices.
