Still lots to do, but making progress. Created space for a small upstairs bathroom whilst retaining 3 double bedrooms. Structural work to the downstairs new lintel over the window and reinforced the ceiling. Then new graphite windows and a composite door. Re render next (only realised it needed re doing when windows were going in!) plus demolish lean-to and re build at the back.
