We loved the outcome of our Porthcawl refurbishment. Two empty levels above a tired retail unit with no stairs for access. The end result two stunning apartments with a flight of stairs and a fresh looking retail unit.

Yesterday we had a meeting in London to discuss the Park Street renovation. This photo says a thousand words but more importantly the benefits from investing in capturing our projects in an immersive format.

In this photo we were walking around our Park Street 3D model discussing what alterations are being made in each room whilst viewing completed jobs in order to view options for kitchens and bathrooms.

By having our developments captured it saves on time and helps build a sustainable project as we and our architect are Bridgend based and the property owner London.

The meeting could have been done online but its all about building relationships and fine wine!
