A recent job for a regular customer in Sully, Vale of Glamorgan.

During a new roof fit, a tile was dropped through a bedroom ceiling by the roofing company (ooops!).

Luckily, nobody was in the bedroom at the time and we had already priced the customer for the ceiling to be plastered previously.

We decided on a complete overboard and re-plaster as the existing ceiling wasn't in great condition.

On request we also left the carpet protection down, so they could paint the ceiling when dry.

Before and after shots of a bathroom renovation recently completed for return customers.

An old, tired bathroom was removed in preparation for a new, modern looking suite with brushed brass accessories.

The bathroom was redesigned to remove a shower that was taking up room in one of the bedrooms, yet incorporate it within the main bathroom (less is definitely more).

As with our previous experience, these customers were amazing to work for and really looked after us throughout.

A kitchen renovation recently completed.

There was a lot of prep work before the new kitchen fit, including:

A ceiling overboard due to previous water damage.

Hacking off internal walls and applying new sand and cement where the previous walls had failed.

Fitting a new consumer unit and running new electrics.

Squaring off and sharpening angles to make reveals and walls more aesthetically pleasing.

Once completed, we added fresh plastering, followed by the kitchen fit, new paintwork, and a new floor.

The results look great, and the customer is over the moon 😁

We were spoiled on this job. The pantry was filled and re-stocked throughout with food and drink. We also couldn't ask for more patient, easy going people to work for.

A job recently completed for new customers in Cowbridge.

5 artex ceilings (4 bedrooms and 1 landing) were plastered to a smooth, faultless finish, and we also fitted a new attic hatch.

All areas were taped up and protected, and the customer asked that we leave everything down for them to decorate. 😁

The customer's were great to work for and really looked after us throughout. We have already scheduled them in to look at further jobs.

A job recently completed for a return customer.

After purchasing a new home, the customer removed the old kitchen and required us to carry out multiple jobs before the new kitchen fit takes place.

✅️ Fit new spotlights and dimmable switches.

✅️ Fit a new consumer unit and rewire in preparation for the new kitchen.

✅️ Overboard and plaster an artex ceiling in poor condition.

✅️ Fit new plaster coving throughout.

✅️ Bond all electrical and plumbing chases.

✅️ Plaster all walls to give a smooth, flawless finish, ready for decorating.

Another easy customer to work for who was willing to take any spare days around other jobs to get their project moving.

A job recently carried out for new customers in Bridgend.

We were called to the property to quote for a number of works:

✅️ A repair to a ceiling that had suffered leak damage. Mouldings were delicately removed, then refitted once the ceiling had been patched.
We then plastered the area inside the mouldings and feathered the area outside.

✅️ 2 x failed door reveals were removed, rebuilt and then re-plastered.

✅️ an artex kitchen ceiling and hob hood were plastered to a smooth finish.

✅️ rusted edge beads in the kitchen and utility (due to a previous flood) were removed, replaced and patched.

The customer's were very happy with the results ☺️

Easy customers to work for, that gave us the run of downstairs to complete our work and kept refreshments flowing.

A job carried out recently for return customers that have moved property.

Lounge, hallway and cloakroom ceilings were transformed from some 'rough' artex to a sharp, smooth finish.
This always makes the space look so much bigger. How was artex even a thing?

We also have a kitchen overboard and skim to complete once new spotlights have been fitted.

A job recently carried out for return customers in Bryncethin, Bridgend.

The customer's removed an old stone fireplace in preparation for a lounge renovation.

They required us to bond chases and different wall levels and also square off the current chimney breast ready for a new fireplace.

We also feathered in extra sockets that had been run around the room and matched the 90mm coving to run around the chimney breast.
