Electrical, Plumbing, Locks, and all aspects of home maintenance. £45 call-out includes the first hour, then £25 an hour thereafter. Parts used within the first hour will be charged for. E.G. A call out to replace a plug socket would cost £45 + £10.00 for the new socket, as long as the repair is within the first hour. Any additional work that may be needed will be quoted and agreed upon before any additional work is undertaken.
