Meet us.
Me and Deb@empoweringcircle Two women who took completely different roads to the same place — the collapse, the forgetting, and the slow, real work of remembering who we actually are.
This is the first time you’re hearing both of us together. Telling you what’s going to happen on July 4th.
We open with cacao — Deb leads. A heart-opening ceremony to soften you out of the day you arrived in, into the day you came for. Then a sharing circle — not introductions. The real question: who do you think you are?
From there I take you under. Group hypnotherapy. The journey beneath the roles, the stories, the performances — back to meet yourself before the world had opinions about who you should be.
Journalling. A nourishing lunch. Then NLP — working with what surfaced. Releasing what’s ready to go.
Deb leads the afternoon. Performance and roles. The lifetime of playing a part — what it protected you from, what it cost you, what it feels like to put it down.
And then — blindfolds on. Music. Ecstatic dance. Come and free yourself when no one is watching.
We close at the fire. One word each. Burn what you no longer need.
That’s the day.

UNSEEN.

A day retreat. Saturday 4th July, here at Ecopsia. Ten women only.

This one is for the women who have been doing the work for a long time. Who have read the books, sat in the circles, can name their patterns and their nervous system states with their eyes closed. And who still, late at night, wonder if they’ve just been performing another version of healing.

You’re not lost. You’ve just forgotten where to look.

UNSEEN is one day. Held by me and Deb. We work in deliberately different lanes. I bring the modern psychological side — NLP, hypnotherapy, coaching, meditation. Deb brings the ceremonial side — cacao, the Mesa, the Andean lineage of the Seven Rays. Two halves of the same medicine. Rigour and ritual in the same day.

Deb has also been a performer her whole life. The day uses that, gently, as a way of stepping out of the performance most of us have been running for years without noticing. Not a workshop. A practice.

There will be cacao. There will be hypnosis. There will be a nourishing meal at the middle of the day and another at the close. There will be ten women in a room, properly held, for ten and a half hours.

It’s £170. It is not for everyone. It’s for women who are serious about this and ready to come as they are.

If you’re reading this at the end of a long day, or somewhere quiet between the doing, I just want to say: I see how long you’ve been carrying it.
Of course you’re tired. Look at what you’ve been holding. And how long you’ve been holding it alone.
You don’t have to be okay today. You don’t have to know what to do. You don’t have to do anything with this.
You’ve been the strong one for so long. It makes sense you forgot you were allowed to fall apart. Or to be held.
I know that tiredness. I’ve sat in it too.
There’s a quiet day in May — First Light — where you don’t have to be anything. Where someone else is holding the room. Where you finally get to put it down.

This weekend we had the honour of welcoming beautiful Nichola from to Ecopsia to host her Goddess Isis retreat — and honestly, my heart feels so full of gratitude.

Nichola brought such incredible light, love and gentle wisdom into the space. To witness the way she holds people, guides them and creates safety for transformation is truly something special. There is a softness and integrity in the way she works that touches everyone around her, and you could feel that energy flowing through Ecopsia all weekend.

There is something deeply sacred about watching people arrive carrying the weight of life and slowly soften, open and transform before your eyes. The laughter, the tears, the stillness, the connection… it’s impossible to fully put into words the beauty that is created when souls gather with intention, healing and love.

I never take for granted that people choose Ecopsia as the place to hold these moments. It is more than a venue to me — it is living land, living energy, a space created to hold people gently while they remember themselves again.

And what I witness time and time again is that healing doesn’t just touch the people who walk through the doors… it touches the land itself. Every story shared, every release, every moment of truth and connection leaves behind something beautiful. A softness. A light. A kind of quiet magic.

Thank you Nichola for bringing your beautiful heart and energy to Ecopsia, and thank you to every soul who came and opened themselves to the experience. It was pure magic to witness ✨

Two years ago my heart stopped. Twice. 💔

Since then… I’ve lost a business, a marriage, and so many illusions about who I “should” be.

At 57, after a lifetime of running, numbing, and spiritual bypassing… the only choice left was to face it. Every fear. Every grief. Every hidden part of me.

Sitting with pain is strange. Terrible. Exhausting. And yet… it’s where I found something I didn’t know was there: the quiet, unshakable strength inside me.

Life doesn’t always teach us to stay. To feel. To be with ourselves in the messy, raw, uncomfortable moments. But that’s where transformation quietly begins. That’s where courage really lives.

If you’re running from yourself… stop. Sit. Breathe. Face it. Your life quietly begins here.

Inside all of us is a powerful woman. ✨

On Wednesday evening, at Ecopsia my heart was filled with something truly sacred. We gathered in song, dance, laughter and beautiful face painting with the Yawanawá tribe from the Amazon forest in Brazil, for a night that felt timeless, joyful and deeply human.

What touched me most was seeing every generation together in pure happiness… the youngest just 6 years old, the eldest 82. No barriers. No separation. Just movement, music, connection and shared joy. It was a living reminder that the language of the heart is universal.

During their time of rest on their England tour, I have also had the honour of hosting members of the Yawanawá in my home. The love and presence they carry is tangible. It softens the space. It lifts the spirit. It brings a sense of gratitude that is difficult to put into words.

Evenings like this remind me of the deep importance of togetherness, unity and shared celebration. When we come together, across ages, cultures and stories, something ancient and beautiful awakens within us.

So grateful for this experience. So grateful for the medicine of community, music and love.

KANAS — Sacred Patterns of the Yawanawa

On March 11th, we have the rare honour of welcoming members of the Indigenous Amazonian tribe, the Yawanawá, to Ecopsia.

The Yawanawá are guardians of ancestral knowledge from the protected forests of Acre, Brazil. Their traditions are living, intact and deeply rooted in prayer, symbolism and sacred song.

This is not a performance.
It is a cultural sharing.

Led by Jaini Yawanawa

You’ll be guided into the meaning and practice of Kanas — sacred protection patterns such as:

– Jiboia (Snake)
– Awavana (Butterfly / Sun)
– Fish motifs

These designs are prayers carried on the skin — symbols of strength, invocation and ancestral memory.

The evening continues with an hour of traditional Yawanawá songs — sacred prayers sung in their native language, carrying the spirit of the Amazon.

Today February 1st we celebrate Imbolc & the Full Moon in Leo (Snow Moon)

As the Snow Moon rises in Leo, it lights the fire of the heart — reminding us to be brave in our truth, warm in our love, and proud of the light we carry. Leo’s moon asks us to shine without apology and to create from the soul.

Imbolc marks the quiet turning toward spring — a sacred threshold between winter and renewal. It whispers of hope, of small flames in the dark, of seeds stirring beneath the frost. It is a time to honour new beginnings, gentle healing, and the returning light.

Together, this moon and this season invite us to soften, to believe in our inner spark, and to trust that brighter days are already on their way.
